The Annual General Meeting for the Somerset Primary School Association will be held on Tuesday 9^th March at 6.00pm in the staffroom.  Nominations are being called for to replace 2 x parent and 1 x staff committee members.  Membership terms are for 2 years.  Nominations must be in by 4.00pm on Wednesday 3^rd March to the Returning Officer,  Cindy Tatlow.  Nominations must be supported by a current committee member.  Please contact the school for more information regarding this if required.  If an election is required, this will take place on Friday 5^th March.  A nomination form and information sheet are attached.
