Kinder/Prep have started talking about innovation. We started by discussing what is an inventor. 

Maggie- a person that makes stuff.

Ellie- a person who thinks of creations.

Leah- people who discover things and they see how things are made.

Bailey- a person who makes machines.

Zahlia- to make the world and control it.

Christopher- something that is like a thing that creates forever. 

We read the story 'The man who loved boxes by Stephen Michael King and then talked about if we could be inventors and what we could make out of boxes. We have been busy creating from boxes, thinking about details and collaborating with peers to create unicorns, planes, houses, Lecia, Miss Hyland and many other things. We will have our creations finished soon.
